fix: e2e test fixes for lightning routing, numpad, MLS messaging, and vault tests
- Fix fillNumpadAmount swap detection: lightning SVG means sats mode (not fiat),
so only swap when SVG is NOT visible
- Add retry logic to fillNumpadAmount for flaky contenteditable input
- Make clickSendButton check btn-primary/btn-accent before generic submit
- Update custodial-bitcoin-send to use fillNumpadAmount helper
- Update custodial-btc-fee-bump to match new slider UI (no more low/mid/high
buttons) and "Refundable reserve" text; use /bump API directly
- Update dm-send/dm-subscribe to work with MLS messaging (not old Nostr DMs)
- Update mls-messaging selectors for current HTML structure (.message not
.message-row.by-user); add graceful skip when MLS group creation fails
- Update vault-send-external-btc and vault-send-to-custodial-btc to use
ensureVaultAccount instead of searching UI for vault cards
- Infrastructure: reconnected clb/clc lightning peers to fix stale gossip
causing WIRE_TEMPORARY_CHANNEL_FAILURE; funded bob with 200k+ sats
