Add password-derived auth key flow for login and registration
Adds deriveAuthKeypair (scrypt-based) and deriveWalletEntropy utilities.
Login now attempts challenge-response auth via derived key before password
fallback. Registration requires password and derives authPubkey. Settings
derives authPubkey on password change.
