Settings: drop the nostr address and Spending balance cards

The npub lives on the profile page now, and the ark card's remaining
jobs are covered elsewhere — status on the balance card, the unilateral
exit behind the move panel's link. Payments keeps just the payment
address; the per-wallet screen (Wallets → ⚙) keeps its nostr address
card for gift-locking.
