Subject: "Post" floats at the feed's bottom right instead of sitting in the
 header.

A pill with the pencil and "Post", fixed above the bottom nav inside the
page column, wherever the reader is in the feed; the tap scrolls to the
top, opens the composer and focuses it. Hidden while the composer is
open (it has its own Post button) and for visitors.
