Subject: A gift opened into a new wallet goes on, once its seed is written
 down, to the first-run steps: pick a username, then a picture and a cover
 ("Not now" lands in the account the gift arrived in). Also fixes Verify
 backup on the gift screen, which crashed (pickConfirm wasn't passed to the
 gifts feature)
