Subject: Spending wears just the ⚡ now, not ⚡ + the ark mark — the ark
 symbol was noise beside lightning for a rail users think of as "instant
 lightning-like." Savings keeps its bitcoin disc. Dropped the now-unused
 ARK_MARK import
