Feed wheel: turning the wheel into a page already moving winds the speed up. Each notch added the same push whatever the speed, so a sustained turn settled at a stroll (the coast's decay ate what each notch added). Now the push scales with the speed on the page, 1x from rest up to 2.5x at a fast coast, so keeping the wheel turning keeps accelerating; a single notch from rest, the reversal and the trackpad path are as before (feed-momentum + feed-wheel-reverse tests green).
