Communities no longer decrypt on the home screen: init built and subscribed every community room up front (500 control + 500 guestbook + channels each — the bulk of the ~560ms of boot secp256k1 behind the carousel stutter). Now boot builds rooms from the decrypted local cache ONLY (subscribe:false), so the unread dot still reads last-known state, and the live backfill's verify/decrypt waits until the user actually opens Chat (homeView/room view subscribe then). ensureRoom split into cache-build + subscribeRoom
