SP indexer → sp.coinos.io (clearer than tweaks); tunnel on http2
Renamed the default mainnet SP-indexer endpoint to sp.coinos.io. Also switched the
cloudflared bitcoin tunnel to http2 (QUIC was intermittently dropping edge
connections → transient 502s). tweaks.coinos.io still resolves to the same indexer.
