History: Bitcoin logo for on-chain rows instead of up/down arrows

Plain on-chain sends/receives fell through to ↓/↑ arrows in the row
circle; now they show the Bitcoin mark like the other rails (ark/sp/
gift). Direction stays legible via the green/red circle tint and the
signed amount. Consistent icon column across every payment type.
