The balance carousel no longer changes height mid-swipe: the Top up from Savings button (and the unfold panel) used to render only on the SELECTED card, and the strip's flex row stretches both cards to the tallest — so the whole strip resized right as a swipe settled onto Spending. The extras now belong to the spending card itself, selected or not, so card heights never move during a drag; tapping the button on the peeking card selects Spending and opens the move panel in one go
