The savings wallet gets a mirror it can always reach: wss://halwallet.app/electrum joins the mainnet sources right behind the default — the coinos.io zone edge 403s WS clients with poor IP reputation and the public fallbacks are the usual regional-block suspects, so failover now lands on our own Fulcrum through a different apex first
