A tap on the blank band beside a fitted picture opens the post, not the picture.
The picture is fitted inside its box (object-fit: contain); on the phone
the box spans the column, so a tall picture (eve's 720x900) leaves bands
that used to open the lightbox. The tap is now hit-tested against where
the picture is actually drawn.
