Source lists: show only the URL, protocol stripped
Drop the human-readable name and the scheme prefix in the data-source and
SP-indexer dropdowns, e.g. 'electrum.coinos.io', 'mempool.space/api',
'tweaks.coinos.io'. 'Custom' stays bare.
