Swaps: say 'Swap fee' / provider-agnostic copy instead of naming Boltz
The fee label and status copy shouldn't hardcode the provider, since the swap
backend is configurable. 'Boltz fee' → 'Swap fee', and the pay/settle messages no
longer name Boltz. (The settings card still says 'Boltz-compatible provider',
which is an accurate description of the API standard.)
