Paginate History: cap inline gifts at 3, transactions at 10
Outstanding gifts no longer dominate the History page — show at most 3 inline
with a 'View all gifts (N)' button that opens a paginated gift-only list.
Transactions paginate 10 per page with prev/next controls. Both reuse a shared
pager helper; the all-gifts sub-view resets when leaving the History tab.
