Move money: shorter amount placeholder, row wraps on narrow phones
The placeholder repeated a minimum the line below already states, and it
was clipped anyway — the amount field had 14px of usable width at 360px
because "Move to Spending" crushed it. The row wraps to two full-width
lines when it's tight and stays on one line when there's room.
