Theme colour at boot: the script that picks light or dark ran before <meta name="theme-color"> existed, so the bar colour stayed #15171a in light mode (a dark status bar over a light page, and the Android bars of the installed web app). It now runs after the PWA head, and light pages get #eef0f3
