Published to zapstore as release 1.2 and installed END-TO-END from the store on a real phone: the phone's Zapstore 0.2.7 couldn't read zsp's event schema ("app no longer exists") — updated to 1.1.2 and the flow ran clean: listing under the recognized coinos profile → Trust dialog → Play Protect first-seen scan → installed → launches mainnet v3 beta fullscreen
