Receive: drop the dropdown label, rename 'Address' → 'Bitcoin address'
The 'Receive over' label was redundant above a self-explanatory dropdown; remove
it (and the now-unused i18n key). Rename the first option to 'Bitcoin address' so
it's clear alongside Lightning and Silent payment.
